Terms and Conditions for bet2 Pakistan – Please Read Before Using the Platform

Section 1Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the bet2 platform is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered account holders and any person browsing the site without an account.

By registering a bet2 account, you are confirming that:

• You have read these terms in full and agree to comply with them.
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• All information you have provided during registration is accurate and complete.
• You understand that use of online betting and casino services carries financial risk.

Section 2Eligibility and Age Requirements

The bet2 platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times when using the platform.
• You are accessing bet2 for personal use only and not on behalf of any other person or organisation.
• You are not using bet2 in a professional capacity in connection with any form of prohibited activity.

bet2 does not knowingly allow underage individuals to register or use the platform. If you are aware of a minor attempting to use bet2, please contact our support team immediately.

Section 3Account Registration and Verification

To access the full features of bet2 — including placing bets, playing casino games and making deposits or withdrawals — you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• Each person may hold only one registered account on bet2. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. This includes your name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and any other fields required during the sign-up process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your bet2 account login credentials. Do not share your password or allow any other person to access your account.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact bet2 support immediately. You are responsible for activity conducted on your account until you report a security issue.

Providing false or misleading information during registration, or during any subsequent verification process, constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Section 4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bet2 — including deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply:

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit or credit cards and other supported mobile wallets as available at any given time.
• bet2 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — this is outside bet2's control.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Mobile wallet withdrawals via JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically processed more quickly than bank transfers. Exact processing times are shown in the Deposit section of the platform.
• Before a withdrawal is approved, bet2 may require identity verification to be completed. Any pending withdrawal will be held until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Any funds identified as being associated with fraudulent payment activity, chargebacks or reversed transactions will be frozen pending investigation. bet2 reserves the right to close the account and void associated bets and winnings in confirmed cases of payment fraud.

Section 5Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the bet2 platform, including cricket, PSL, T20, football, esports and all other sports covered:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless bet2 offers a cash-out feature and you choose to use it before the event concludes.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds your bet is settled at, unless a clear pricing error has occurred. bet2 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds and will refund the PKR stake in such cases.
• In the event of a cricket match being abandoned due to weather or other external factors, settlement rules will follow standard international betting settlement conventions. Match winner bets are typically voided and stakes returned if no result is reached. DLS-settled matches are treated as official results for betting purposes.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. If one or more selections are voided (for example due to match abandonment), the accumulator is recalculated without the voided selection.
• bet2 reserves the right to void any bet that is found to have been placed using an automated system, bot or any technology designed to exploit pricing errors or delays in odds updates.
• Any bet placed in connection with match-fixing, inside information or any form of manipulation of sporting outcomes will be voided. bet2 cooperates with integrity bodies and may share information where required.

Section 6Casino and Game Rules

The bet2 casino section — including slots, live casino tables, fish games and other game types — is governed by the following rules:

• All casino games operate using certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, are run by real dealers in regulated studio environments. The outcome of games is not influenced by bet2 or any player.
• Game results are final once a round is completed. Technical malfunctions during a game round will be investigated and, where necessary, the round will be voided and PKR stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to individual games and are displayed within the game interface itself. These limits may vary between titles and table variants.
• Fish games, slots and other RNG-based games are for entertainment. Outcomes are random and past results do not influence future results. No betting strategy guarantees a positive outcome.
• Playing casino games while using a VPN or proxy service to obscure your location or identity is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension.
• bet2 reserves the right to remove or replace any game title from the lobby at any time without prior notice.

Section 7Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, bet2 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers or other promotional rewards to registered players. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once constitutes fraud under these terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means you must bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real PKR. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's own terms.
• bet2 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or modify any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled while players have active bonus balances, the outstanding bonus will be handled fairly and communicated clearly.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of the applicable wagering process.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in permanent account closure.

Section 8Player Conduct

All players using bet2 are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to other users, to support staff and to the integrity of the platform. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Using abusive, threatening or offensive language toward support staff or other players in any communication channel connected to bet2.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or interfere with the bet2 platform, its servers or any connected systems.
• Using any automated tool, script or software to place bets, navigate the platform or interact with games in a way that is not through normal manual use.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker-style games or live casino titles.
• Sharing or publishing bet2 account credentials, or allowing a third party to operate your account.

Section 9Responsible Gaming

bet2 is committed to supporting responsible gaming among its players. Betting and casino games are intended as entertainment. They should never be used as a method to generate income or to recover money that has already been lost.

bet2 offers the following responsible gaming tools, which are available directly within your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much PKR you can deposit into your bet2 account.
• Session time reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been logged in for a set period of time.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account if you feel you need a break from betting and gaming. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

Section 10Account Closure and Suspension

Either you or bet2 may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Player-initiated closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting bet2 support. Any remaining PKR balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed.
• bet2-initiated suspension: bet2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, without advance notice where the situation requires urgent action.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts that have not been logged into for an extended period may be flagged as inactive. bet2 will attempt to contact you using your registered details before any action is taken on an inactive account.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms — such as fraud, underage use, or prohibited conduct — any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. bet2 will communicate the reasons for such action in writing where required.

Section 11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable rules, bet2's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• bet2 is not liable for losses arising from your own betting or gaming decisions, including losses resulting from a run of unfavourable game or match outcomes.
• bet2 is not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside its direct control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side, device failures or third-party system outages.
• In the event of a technical fault that results in an incorrect game result or bet settlement, bet2's liability is limited to returning the original PKR stake for the affected bet or game round.
• bet2 does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to the platform and may carry out maintenance at any time. Where planned maintenance is scheduled, bet2 will attempt to provide advance notice.

Section 12Changes to These Terms

bet2 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the bet2 platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, bet2 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered contact details ahead of the change taking effect.
